Lots of Updates!
Hi Everyone,
It was been TOO LONG! We hope you're all doing well and we have lots of updates for you!
1. Coppenrath Summer Slam!
Designed for Boys & Girls ages 8-15, the camp will focus on the fundamentals of basketball such as ball-handling, passing, shooting, dribbling, footwork, defense and rebounding.
There will be two sessions of Taylor's Basketball camp this summer. The first will be held August 7, 8, 9 at St. Johnsbury's Middle School gym. $100/camper. (9am-3pm 7 & 8; 9am-12pm 9) Please mail checks to Coppenrath Management Group/ 457 West Main St./ West Barnet, VT 05821. 802.633.2377.
The second will be August 11-15 from 9am-3pm at a local Burlington venue! Please stay tuned for updated registration information this week, but mark your calendars!
2. We have pictures from Taylor's last visitors in Spain and will be posting them shortly!
3. While Taylor did not play in last Friday's game (he is still suffering from a back injury) and the team lost there is some good news in all things Coppenrath Basketball. DREW COPPENRATH was selected to play in the New England Division III senior men's basketball all-star game Sunday at Babson College! Way to go Drew!
We're really looking forward to the camps this summer and to seeing all of you again! Happy Spring!

A Break from our Regularly Scheduled Broadcast
We know you love hearing about Taylor and all of his basketball and non-basketball related stories but today we thought it would be fun to shed a little light on someone who is very important to Taylor: his younger brother Drew.
Much like his older brother (and oldest brother and dad...) Drew Coppenrath loves the game of basketball. He has spent the last four years playing basketball for the University of Southern Maine and is well-known as one of the best players in the Little East Conference. As an annual top-rebounder and double scorer he was a leader on and off the court. Drew just finished his collegiate basketball career and we would like to take this opportunity to congratulate him on his many accomplishments.
Here's to YOU Drew, you've made everyone proud!

vs. Cuidad de Huelva
Alicante won an exciting game yesterday 75-69. The team is now 7-3. Taylor started the game but is not feeling 100% as he recovers from a cold, and played limited minutes. He finished with four points.
Taylor's dad, George, is visiting and arrived yesterday around dinner time! Taylor picked him up from the airport and is looking forward to having someone around for the next couple of weeks to hang out with. (And we're looking forward to more pictures!)
Word on the street is that George brought pancake mix, real VT maple syrup (as if there's any other kind...) and Cabot Cheddar Cheese for Taylor. Let it be officially known that Cabot Cheese is Taylor's FAVORITE and he consumes more cheese than anyone we know. He loves cheese on/in his eggs, cheesy tomato sandwiches, and even enjoys a nice shredded cheddar on popcorn sometimes. Growing up in Vermont has certainly effected his taste buds.

A Visit
We told you that Taylor's mom had visited and today, we have some pictures to share! (well, we actually have a LOT of pictures to share, but we're going to do a couple at a time.) It looks like they had a wonderful time together and Alicante is BEAUTIFUL.

They're Back
Alicante fought out a win against Union Baloncesto La Palma yesterday with a 97-76 victory after trailing well into the third period. Taylor played over half of the game (21 minutes) and finished with 12 points, 9 rebounds and one blocked shot.
In honor of such a great comeback and a WIN Taylor's mom, who's visiting for a couple weeks, cooked a celebratory dinner for Taylor and teammate Keith Waleskowski who played for Dayton.
A win and home-cooking... looks like Taylor had a great weekend!
